FAQ

Before you get in touch

What happens after my enquiry?

You receive a personal reply within 48 hours on business days — not an automated acknowledgement. Usually with two or three follow-up questions and a proposed slot for an intro call of around 30 minutes, by phone or video.

Does the intro call cost anything?

No. The intro call is free and non-binding, as is the subsequent proposal including an effort estimate. Charging begins only for work carried out after a written engagement.

What should I prepare for the intro call?

Nothing elaborate. It helps if you have one concrete workflow in mind that bothers you and roughly know which systems are in use. Documents are not required — this is about a first picture, not an audit.

Will my information be treated confidentially?

Yes. All information from enquiries and conversations is treated confidentially and not passed to third parties. On request an NDA is signed before the first detailed conversation — just note it in the form.

Do you work outside German-speaking Switzerland?

The base is Luzern and the focus is German-speaking Switzerland. Since a large part of the work can be done remotely, engagements beyond that area are generally feasible — what matters is whether on-site appointments for analysis and rollout can be organised sensibly. Just ask.

Still undecided?

Then start with five minutes instead of an appointment.
