Four fields of work,
one shared purpose
Digitalisation is not a product you buy. It is a series of decisions — which workflow first, which tool, in what order. Those decisions get prepared here, and afterwards they get implemented.
AI implementation for SMEs
Identify use cases, select tools, settle data protection under revFADP, pilot with real data, roll out and enable the team. For businesses that want to use AI productively rather than talk about it.
To AI implementation 02Process automation
Automate recurring workflows, connect existing systems, set up error handling and logging. The biggest lever almost always sits at the seams between your systems.
To process automation 03Digital consulting
Current-state review, requirements catalogue, vendor-neutral software selection and rollout support. No commissions, no partner agreements, and a recommendation you can defend internally.
To digital consulting 04Web development
Fast, low-maintenance websites that get found in Google and cited by AI answer systems. Technically clean, privacy compliant and without agency lock-in.
To web developmentHow an engagement begins
Four steps to a decision — the first two cost you nothing.
Intro call
Around 30 minutes by phone or video. You describe your situation, I ask questions and say honestly where I see potential — and whether I am the right person for it.
On-site analysis
Half a day to a full day in your business: observe workflows, talk to the people who run them, review systems and data quality. The outcome is a documented current-state picture.
Quote
A written quote with a fixed ceiling, defined deliverables and a schedule that fits your daily business. No open-ended hourly lists, no change requests out of nowhere.
Implementation
In stages, with a usable result after each one. Your employees are involved so the knowledge stays in-house and the solution survives the handover.
What you can hold me to
Five commitments that apply to every engagement — regardless of scope and budget.
- An honest assessment. If an undertaking is not worth it, you will hear that — even when it costs revenue.
- A fixed ceiling. Every quote names deliverables and an upper limit before work begins.
- No commissions. No money flows from software vendors. Your recommendation stays independent.
- Implementation included. The work ends with a running solution, not with a presentation.
- No lock-in. Credentials, documentation and knowledge stay with you.
About working together
Do I have to choose one service?
No. The four areas describe fields of work, not product packages. In practice almost every engagement starts with an analysis of your workflows; the findings then show whether the answer is an automation, an AI use case, a software change or simply a better website. Often it is a combination in a particular order.
How does an engagement start?
With a free intro call of around 30 minutes, by phone or video. You describe your situation, I ask questions and give a first assessment. If both sides want to continue, an on-site analysis follows and after that a written quote with a fixed ceiling. Up to that point there is no cost to you.
Do you work with very small companies?
Yes. With five to twenty employees the effect is often greatest, because decisions are made quickly and changes take hold quickly. The scope of the engagement follows the budget: starting with a single automation and expanding later is entirely feasible.
How much time does my team need to invest?
Realistically half a day to a full day for the capture phase, then one to two hours per week for the person accompanying the topic, plus one to two hours of training per affected group. Less is hardly possible — without involvement you get a solution that sits beside the business rather than inside it. But it should not be much more either; an undertaking that paralyses operations is badly scoped.
Which area do you serve?
The base is Luzern; work covers German-speaking Switzerland. On-site appointments happen where presence makes a difference — process capture, workshops and rollouts. Everything else runs remotely, which saves travel and makes scheduling easier. Consulting languages are German and English.
Not sure where to start?
Then that is the first question. In a free intro call we sort out your situation — or you start yourself in five minutes with the Digital Check.
