Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-20. This policy describes which personal data is processed when you visit this website — and which explicitly is not.
This website sets no cookies, embeds no external fonts, maps or scripts, and performs no analysis of user behaviour. There is therefore no consent banner either. Personal data arises only when you actively get in touch — through the contact form or by email.
1. Controller
Nikolevski Consulting, Inhaber Nikola Kolevski
Rosenberghalde 3, 6004 Luzern, Switzerland
Email: kontakt@nikolevski-consulting.ch
For questions about data protection or to exercise your rights, please use this address.
2. Legal basis
The processing of personal data follows the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP). Where the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR) applies — for enquiries from the EU, for example — processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures and performance of a contract) and (f) (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website).
3. Processing when simply visiting the site
When this website is accessed, the hosting provider creates technically necessary server logs. These may contain: a shortened or full IP address, date and time of access, the address requested, the volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system, and the referring page.
This data serves solely secure and stable operation, troubleshooting and defence against attacks. It is not combined with other sources and not used to build usage profiles. The retention period follows the hosting provider's settings and is usually a few days to a few weeks at most.
4. Cookies
This website sets no cookies. Neither technically necessary session cookies nor cookies for analysis or advertising are used. For that reason no consent banner appears.
5. Fonts and external content
The fonts used are served from our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or any other font service takes place. Likewise, no external script libraries, map services, video platforms or social media elements are embedded that would transmit data to third parties when the page loads.
6. Contact form and email
If you use the contact form or send an email, the details you provide — name, company, email address, possibly phone number and the content of your message — are used to process your enquiry.
The contact form sends no data to a third-party server: on submission your own email client opens with the message prepared. Sending happens only when you trigger it yourself, so processing lies entirely with your email provider and with us as the recipient.
The data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting collaboration, and thereafter within the scope of statutory retention obligations. It is not passed to third parties for advertising purposes.
The form contains a hidden field to deter automated submissions. If it is filled in, the message is discarded; no data is stored in that case.
7. Digital Check
The Digital Check offered on this website runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted to a server, not stored and not evaluated. No email address is requested. As soon as you close or reload the page, your entries and the result are gone.
Appointment booking
An external booking system is used for scheduling calls. When you open the booking link, data is transmitted to its provider — at minimum your IP address and the details you enter in the booking form (name, email address, requested slot, any notes). This data is used solely to carry out the appointment. The booking system is only called once you have actively clicked the corresponding link.

8. Audience measurement
No audience measurement currently takes place. Should a solution be introduced in future, a cookie-free and data-minimising option will be chosen and this section updated accordingly.
9. Disclosure abroad
Personal data is disclosed abroad only where necessary for operating the website or handling your enquiry — for instance if the hosting provider operates servers outside Switzerland. In such cases appropriate protection is ensured, in particular through providers located in Switzerland or the European Economic Area and through corresponding data processing agreements.
10. Data security
The website is delivered exclusively over encrypted HTTPS. In addition, security measures such as a strict Content Security Policy and transport encryption with HSTS are active. Absolute protection against unauthorised access cannot be guaranteed technically.
11. Your rights
Within the scope of applicable law you have in particular the following rights: information about the data processed about you, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability. An informal message to kontakt@nikolevski-consulting.ch is sufficient.
If you believe that your data is being processed unlawfully, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); within the scope of the GDPR you have a right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
12. Changes
This privacy policy may be adjusted if the technical circumstances or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies. Further details about the operator can be found in the imprint.
This privacy policy describes the actual technical state of this website but does not replace a legal review. As soon as additional services are embedded — booking system, form service, analytics, chat or maps — the relevant sections must be updated.
